Courses offered:	One year Post Graduate Program for Executives for Visionary Leadership in Manufacturing (PGPEX-VLM) – 2009 – 2010 at IIT Madras, IIT Kanpur and IIM Calcutta
Eligibility:	Education : A First-Class Degree in any branch of Engineering. Work Experience : Minimum of 5 years and maximum of 10 years in manufacturing and related sector; holding responsibilities in production planning and control, research, design and development, quality control, plant engineering, maintenance, marketing etc. Candidates may be sponsored by their employers or they may be self-sponsored. There is no upper limit of work experience for the company sponsored candidates.
Application procedure:	Brochure and Application Form can be downloaded from the following website: www.vlm.iitm.ac.in and may be submitted along with a demand draft for Rs.2000/-. The same can also be obtained from 24th November to 20th December, 2008 at VLMP Office, Room No.11. Department of Management Studies, IIT Madras by sending an application along with a Demand Draft of Rs.2000/- drawn in favour of “IIT MADRAS”, payable at Chennai. The completed Application Form should be sent through Registered Speed Post/Courier service to: VLM Office, Department of Management Studies, IIT Madras, Chennai 600 036.

Admission Process :	Selection of the candidates will be made on the basis of his/her academic background, which has to be consistently first division/first class from school board examination level to graduation level, relevant work experience, employer’s recommendations, performance in the Aptitude Test and Personal Interview to be conducted jointly by IIM Calcutta, IIT Kanpur and IIT Madras.
