Date of Issue: Wednesday, December 03, 2008Guru Jambheshwar University Courses offered: For the Academic Year 2009-10, Haryana School of Business shall make admission of 175 students in MBA-Programme on CAT - 2008 Score based published criteria Eligibility: Any Graduate with 50% or equivalent marks (45% marks in case of SC candidates ) or fellow of ICSI/CAI/ ICFAI / ICWAI Similar Body. The candidates appearing in the qualifying degree examination during 2008-09 session and also appeared in CAT-2008 (Conducted by IIM, Kozhikode on 16.11.2008) shall be eligible to apply for admission. Indian Institute of Management has nothing to do with the admission process and as well as the conduct or the programme. However the CAT - 2008 Score shall be legitimately used for MBA- Admission 2009 -10. Only short-listed candidates based on CAT - 2008 Score shall be called for counseling and admission. Application procedure: Applications on admission form given in the HSB-Admission Prospectus-2009-10 should reach the office of the Director Haryana School of Business, Guru Jambheshwar University of Science & Technology Hisar. The Prospectus shall be available w.e.f. 15th December 2008.
The HSB- Admission Prospectus- 2000-10 may be obtained from the Sale Counter of the University by paying Rs.300/- in cash for general category candidates (Rs. 75/- for SC/BC/PH of Haryana). The Candidates who wish to have HSB -Admission Prospectus - 2009-10 by post may send a demand draft of Rs. 350/- for general category (Rs. 125/- for SC/BC/PH of Haryana).
